We have two good-sized rooms available for hire. We can cater for regular hires or 'one-off events such as children's parties, christenings and weddings.

The Main hall is suitable for 80 people when seated around tables or up to 100 when standing and features a microphone system including a roving mike and a hearing loop. The Billiard room is suitable for around 30 people seated.  These rooms can be booked separately or together for larger functions and both benefit from their own, self contained and well equipped kitchens and of course, WCs.

The Reading Room has enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for 80 in the Main Hall and 30 in the Billiard Room. Both kitchens have a 3 minute dishwasher and a fridge freezer. We also have pots and pans, water boilers and table cloths.  Click here to download the full inventory.

A full alcohol licence is available for a small extra fee, making this venue highly desirable for fundraising functions too, should you wish to run your own bar.

With free WiFi, the use of our outdoor facilities and ample parking in our large car park, the Reading Rooms offer a highly flexible venue for your private or business function.
