Annual General Meeting 2026
The Charity's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 19th May at 7,30pm in the Main Hall. Everyone is invited to come along and hear about what we achieved in 2025, the financial performance of the Charity and what we, the Trustees are doing to ensure the longevity of your village hall.
If you are a Member of the Charity, you will have the opportunity to vote in any new Trustees and any Trustees standing for re-election. You will also be able to vote on the proposals to increase the standard hire fees and update the Constitution to reflect how the Charity operates.
